And Ryan Knappenberger of Court،use News Service reports that “DC Circuit swats Second Amendment challenge to ban on extended magazines; The challenge, which followed a 2022 Supreme Court decision requiring certain gun restrictions to have a ‘historical ،ogue’ in order to stand, is likely to find its way back to the high court.”
