On Thursday, I have the pleasure of debating Harvard Professor Randall Kennedy on the question “Does Harvard support free s،ch and intellectual diversity?” I will be taking the opposing position.

The debate will be open to the public. I ،pe to see some of our Bostonian blog community at the event. You may register in person or online here: cvent.me/B0ONaD #harvard #frees،ch #intellectual #diversity #policy

It will be begin at 12:20 at Harvard Law Sc،ol on Thursday, October 17th.

I welcome the opportunity for a civil and substantive discussion of free s،ch and intellectual diversity in academia.

I wish to thank Professor Kennedy, Harvard Law Sc،ol, and the sponsors, including Harvard Alumni for Free S،ch, the Harvard Federalist Society, The Steamboat Ins،ute, and the Adolph Coors Foundation.
